Order Production and Delivery Time:

I think that it is important to reiterate to everyone that I am a one woman show!  I make all of the STP's and harnesses by hand and DO NOT keep an inventory of products at this time due to the small size of my operations and cash flow to my business.  When you place your order and pay for it through paypal, I use those funds to purchase the supplies that I need to fill your order.  Because I am at the mercy of my suppliers to have what I need in stock when I need it, processing time can be extensive. For international orders, please allow 6 weeks for processing and deliver. For domestic orders, please allow up to 4 weeks for processing and delivery.  Please keep in mind that this is the maximum amount of time that you should expect to wait.

I will and do process international orders.  HOWEVER, I will not send international orders as "gifts".  Customers will be responsible for paying the customs taxes on any packages that are shipped outside the US.  I do not know what those costs are, you will have to consult with your customs agency in your respective country.  International orders can take longer to process and ship due to the conversion and verification of funds. Please allow up to six weeks from the time of order until delivery.

With regards to domestic orders, please allow up to four weeks from the time of order until the time of delivery. 

Once payment is made through paypal, you will receive notification from paypal.  You will not receive any further notifications until your order is shipped.  At the time of shipment I will email you personally (or the email address that the payment was made from through paypal) and inform you that the package has been sent.

CAN'T USE PAYPAL? 

I understand that not all of my customers feel comfortable using paypal for their purchasing needs!  I will accept a certified bank check or money order for payment of invoices.  You will need to send an email requestion to ftmsolutions@gmail.com to be billed for products that you desire.  Once you receive the invoice from me, print it off and mail it to the remit to address on the invoice.
